You’ll find them under the help menu. Key Considerations:

• Do you have single shared sign-on to EPIC? Please note that only one Catalyst Account can sync per user.
• Ensure that you use a Catalyst Account that is shareable.
• Do you have multiple users assigned to your EPIC Account? Each user can sync their Catalyst Accounts independently, with all users maintaining the same level of access.
• Do you utilize Facilitator or Group Culture Reports? It is advisable to assign all access codes in EPIC as usual to preserve your filing structure in EPIC.
