How do I get started?
Certification courses beginning after May 1st will allow you to register for your course dates. (PLEASE NOTE we have a list of available dates below. We encourage you to identify which course will work best for you, prior to your purchase.) Here is how it works:
Prior to enrollment you must have a Catalyst™ account with the Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience activated. If you already have a CPE active in your Catalyst account you are ready to purchase the Certification Only option below.
- If you do not have a CPE or Catalyst assessment begin with the Include CPE option below. (we will walk you through this set up)
Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a direct email from the Wiley Online Training Center with your invitation to choose your desired course date and start your learning.
If you have a active Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience, you have access to the Online Training Center and will be able to select your course enrollment once processed.
***Courses prior to May 1st, attendees will be registered by TRC based on the course selected.

Earn the Credential Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner
Everything DiSC Certification prepares facilitators to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC learning experiences that help people work better together. Rather than focusing on a single application, this new course is a holistic DiSC experience that teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities. In this two-week immersive experience it combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
- Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ learning experience.
- Familiarize yourself with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
- Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
- Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center, where you can access all the course content and connect with your fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.
••This Certification requires the Everything DiSC Catalyst Practitioner Experience.
Even if you are not yet using Catalyst you will still benefit as the content that will be covered in the Certification covers the underpinnings of DiSC, including the history, research, and assessment methodology, which transcend both the traditional Everything DiSC and the Catalyst experiences. Participants will learn about Catalyst, as well as other tools in the Everything DiSC application suite, equipping you with the knowledge you need to choose the best option for your organization.
Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.

Everything DiSC Certification Course Requirements
- Own an Everything DiSC Catalyst Practitioner Experience. (Option to purchase with certification above or Click here to purchase if needed)
- Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work, and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
- Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules, and the course project on time.
- Earn a passing score on the final exam.
- Have access to internet and a computer.
What is the required time Commitment for this Everything DiSC Certification Course?
The Everything DiSC Certification is structured as a two-week, immersive learning experience that combines self-directed online learning modules with live, virtual facilitation session. Participants will need to commit to a total of 24 hours over the two weeks (12 hours per week).

Everything DiSC Certification Technical Requirements
The Everything DiSC Certification course uses Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:
- Laptop, desktop computer or tablet are preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.
- Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and microphone.
- A headset is highly encouraged.

For Online Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner Certification Sessions:
Attendance in all four live sessions of the same course is required. If a you miss a session, you will be removed from the course and will need to enroll in another course within the Online Training Center.
Certification purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ICF, ATD, HRCI & SHRM credential holders can earn professional development credits (PDCs) to use towards recertification of their membership, when they complete the Everything DiSC® Certification.
Participants who belong to other professional organizations can request a letter from Wiley that indicates course information, confirmation of course completion, and the number of hours spent on the course. This letter may be used to apply for CEUs at other professional organizations, however we cannot guarantee the organization will accept your coursework for credit.
