About The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Certification
The Five Behaviors® Certification offers practitioners a proven way to create a lasting impact on individual and organizational performance.
In this two-week course combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning, participants will build their confidence and expertise in delivering impactful Five Behaviors® learning experiences that help build a culture of teamwork. Upon successful completion of the course work (including a score of 80% or above on the final Certification exam), participants will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner— signaling proven competence in shaping engaged, cohesive, and high-performing teams—and knowledgeable in the language of The Five Behaviors. Course Structure and Agenda
The Five Behaviors® Certification course spans two weeks of learning, combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning.
Participants will:
- Complete five asynchronous learning modules (2-3 hours per module)
- Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (Two hours each).
- Present an application project and receive valuable feedback.
- Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Five Behaviors concepts (A passing score of 80% is required).

Course Requirements
Participants are required to own a Combined Five Behaviors facilitation kit. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. In addition to the kit, learners also must:
- Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work and attend all four instructor-led virtual classroom sessions. Total of 24 hours over the two weeks (12 hours per week).
- Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules, and the course project on time.
- Earn a passing score on the final exam.
Technical Requirements
The Five Behaviors Certification course uses Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:
- Laptop, desktop computer or tablet preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.
- Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and microphone.
- A headset is highly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for The Five Behaviors Certification, you are to notify TRC-The Resource Connection a minimum of 4 days prior to the start of the course. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 4 days prior, the following fees will be incurred:
- Any time up to 4 business days prior to course opening, we can cancel registration and reschedule with no repercussions
- Less than 4 days prior to the start of the course you are liable for the $1,500 Course fee
- Wiley reserves the right to cancel this course at any time and offer a full refund.

ICF, ATD, HRCI & SHRM credential holders can earn professional development credits (PDCs) to use towards recertification of their membership, when they complete the Everything DiSC® Certification.
Participants who belong to other professional organizations can request a letter from Wiley that indicates course information, confirmation of course completion, and the number of hours spent on the course. This letter may be used to apply for CEUs at other professional organizations, however we cannot guarantee the organization will accept your coursework for credit.
