Contemporary video includes a seven-minute introduction to DiSC workplace styles plus 13 additional segments.
- The Workplace (7 minutes)
Introduces the DiSC model and describes the four styles. - “Galaxy Project” videos (3 segments)
The NEW videos introduce participants to different DiSC styles via four coworkers working on a team project over the course of a week’s time. The characters in the videos depict an array of behaviors associated with their respective DiSC styles. At times, some of these behaviors are extreme to help participants identify key behaviors of each DiSC style. Additionally, the videos used in Module 2 depict an unhealthy team, with members engaging in unproductive conflict behaviors associated with their DiSC styles. The purpose is to highlight not only the risks of not understanding our own tendencies as they relate to DiSC, but also the challenges that can arise when we don’t fully understand others’ behaviors. - Working with [Character] (4 segments)
Rather than using individual interviews, the NEW videos show the whole team discussing each of the styles, what they’ve struggled with in working with the coworker, and how they’ve learned to adapt. There’s a video for each character/style: Sally/D, Stephanie/i, Tom/S, and Dante/C. - People Reading (8 segments)
One actor models the various DiSC styles.
