This new program equips previously certified Everything DiSC Workplace and Management facilitators with the confidence they need to deliver impactful DiSC experiences using Catalyst.
Building off the knowledge gained from a previous certification course, participants will reinforce their understanding of DiSC and learn how to use Catalyst to enhance their Everything DiSC learning experiences. Upon successful completion of the course exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.

About the Course
- Pre-requisites: All participants must have already completed an Everything DiSC® Workplace or Everything DiSC® Management Certification course.
- Course Objectives: During this course, participants will:
- Discover Everything DiSC on Catalyst and how it enhances the delivery of DiSC.
- Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences with Catalyst using Workplace, Agile EQ™, and Management content.
- Demonstrate and reinforce their understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
- Connect and engage with other Everything DiSC practitioners, sharing expertise and building community.
- Time Commitment: 1-week course with approximately 10-12 hours of learning. This includes two live, instructor-led sessions and self-directed asynchronous work.
The one-week immersive Certification experience combines live instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. During this course, participants will:
- Discover Everything DiSC on Catalyst and how it enhances the delivery of DiSC.
- Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences with Catalyst using Workplace, Agile EQ™, and Management content.
- Demonstrate and reinforce their understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
- Connect and engage with other Everything DiSC practitioners, sharing expertise and building community.
COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After completing the Everything DiSC Certification Upgrade, learners will be able to demonstrate:
- Confidence, competence, and credibility in delivering Everything DiSC solutions with Catalyst.
- Expertise in navigating and applying the personalized insights and interpersonal features available on the Catalyst platform.
- The ability to create custom Everything DiSC programs using Catalyst to meet the needs of individuals, teams, and organizations.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED TIME COMMITMENT FOR THIS COURSE?
The Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification Upgrade course spans one week of learning and combines live instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. The total time commitment is about 10-12 hours. During the live virtual-classroom sessions, participants will learn from skilled facilitators and work with other practitioners to explore creating solutions with Catalyst™.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Everything DiSC Certification course uses Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:
- Laptop, desktop computer or tablet are preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.
- Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and microphone.
- A headset is highly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you are to notify TRC-The Resource Connection a minimum of 4 days prior to the start of the course open date. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 4 days prior, the following fees will be incurred:
- Any time up to 4 business days prior to course opening, we can cancel registration and reschedule with no repercussions
- Less than 4 days prior to the start of the course you are liable for the $1,500 Course fee
- Wiley reserves the right to cancel this course at any time and offer a full refund.
